Enjoy complimentary exchanges and returns on your Dunes And Trails gear! You can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of when they were shipped, free of charge. All we ask is that your item be in its original shoebox or apparel bag with all tags attached.

Please note that gift cards and any items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or refunded. Return requests are only accepted for purchases made directly through our official website, dunesandtrails.com.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Begin the process by visiting our Returns Portal. You will be guided to create a QR code, making the drop-off process simple and paper-free.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges can only be made for the same product in a different size or color.
  • If your desired style, color, or size is out of stock, please follow the returns process for a refund.
  • We are able to accommodate one exchange per original purchase. If the exchanged product is still not right for you, we will process a return for a full refund.

Refund Processing:
Returns are typically processed within two weeks of our facility receiving your package. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method; please allow standard processing time for it to appear on your statement.

Gift Returns or Exchanges

Returning a gift? You will need both the order number and the billing zip code from the original purchase. Start your gift return process through the same online portal.

Damaged or Defective Product Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. The Dunes And Trails warranty covers defects in original materials and workmanship for footwear purchased from us. To submit a claim for a defective item, please fill out the Warranty Claim Form. A case number will be sent to you, and our customer service team will follow up directly.

This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, or products acquired from unauthorized sellers.
